It is officially fall. Who doesn't love the bonfires, trail rides, fall camping, sweater weather, and don't forget the fall horse shows. There are several upcoming the month of October and one in November you don't want to miss. The first step off will be the NC Championship Walking Horse Show and everyone is looking forward to returning. If you will remember last year the show was cancelled due to the devastation Helene left behind. North Carolina like Tennessee are still rebuilding and with help from others will come back stronger than ever. Next on the list is the ETWHA Fall Classic held in White PIne, TN. The final show schedule has been posted on this site and FB page. We look forward to seeing everyone there. The last show of the season for the Palmetto Saddle Club is the last full weekend of October. So head on down to the board walk and check out this horse show. The final horse show affiliated with the ETWHA is the SC Championship Horse Show, new date and new location. Come and show your support the first weekend of November.

ETWHA Mission Statement
- The members of the East Tennessee Walking Horse Association are a diverse group of people with a common goal. To some of our members the walking horse represents their chosen profession. To others the horse represents their greatest pleasure. The goal of all of us is to secure the future of the walking horse. This is our highest priority.
- Since any organization is made up of individuals with varying opinions and viewpoints, the situation demands of us that we work in the spirit of commitment, cooperation and most importantly unity.
